Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Skin Lab by WPRS, we make every endeavour to run on time so you can plan your day effectively.
To avoid a late fee, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment for Cosmetic Injectables, Comprehensive GP Skin and Skin Health appointments in Warrnambool, and 5 days notice for Cosmetic Injectables and Comprehensive GP Skin appointments in Mt Gambier.
This allows us to fill your appointment with someone from the waiting list. Your courtesy is greatly appreciated. If you miss an appointment without notice, you will incur the full Consultation Fee and pre-payment will be required for future appointments.
- Late Cancellation Fee is $165 (Cosmetic Injectables), $80 (Comprehensive GP Skin), $85 (Skin Health).
- No-Show Fee is $165 (Cosmetic Injectables), $80 (Comprehensive GP Skin), $85 (Skin Health).
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of scheduled appointment times and we do take illness and extenuating circumstances into consideration.
Skin Lab by WPRS offers a number of treatments for skin health and cosmetic injectables. Whilst treatment on the day is possible with some modalities, other will require a consultation first with treatment at another appointment.
Please speak to our friendly staff when booking your appointment and they will be able to advise if treatment is possible on the day.

A referral is not required for any of the services offered at Skin Lab By WPRS
A deposit is taken at the time of booking and this is used towards treatment undertaken with Dr Emma on the day. If treatment if not undertaken, this deposit is retained as the consultation fee.
In the Skin Health Clinic, if future treatment is scheduled then the deposit is held towards the cost of this treatment. If treatment is not undertaken, this deposit is retained as the consultation fee.
Treatment costs are personalised and based on individual needs, always taking into consideration a patient’s budget.
Payment plans are not offered at Skin Lab By WPRS
Most appointments will take place at Suite 8, 136 Botanic Road, Warrnambool. When Dr Emma travels to Mt Gambier, appointments take place at Mt Gambier Medical Consulting Suites, 20 Sturt Street, Mount Gambier.
The suite is located at the front of the St John of God Hospital. Ample parking is provided at the front of the hospital.
Due to the nature of the treatments performed at Skin Lab BY WPRS, we kindly ask that children do not attend the appointment. In circumstances out of your control, please contact our friendly staff on 03 5562 0411 to discuss options
Time for treatments performed at Skin Lab By WPRS vary according to the treatment. The majority of treatments are less than 60 minutes. For more accurate times on a specific treatment, please refer to our treatment menu or contact the clinic on 03 5562 0411 or info@skinlabwprs.com.au
